Counselling provides a safe place for you to explore any issues that are bothering you and preventing you from leading a fulfilling life.
My approach to counselling is based on the belief that clients have the desire and capacity to grow towards fulfilling their true potential and that they are the experts on their own lives.Therefore I will not give you advice, offer you solutions or tell you what to do but will work with you to help you understand yourself more fully, and to help you to find your inner resources.
With greater self-awareness and trust in yourself, you will be able to make the changes necessary to help you lead a more satisfying life.
As our relationship is an important part of the therapy, I offer an initial assessment, where you are free to ask any questions about the counselling process and to make sure you are comfortable with my approach and working with me. There is no obligation to continue with more sessions if you don't feel it is right for you.
